DBT Masterclass

Whether you are new to DBT or have graduated from a formal in-person program, this course has something for you. The course is robust and includes all of the original Linehan DBT skills, taught to you by Alicia Paz, MA, a DBT-trained therapist. There are over 50 DBT skills in the course, but don't worry, each one is in video format, and you are welcome to learn the skills at your own pace. The four modules include Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Note: Purchasing the Linehan DBT workbook is not necessary to complete this course, but may be helpful.
